The Biship (cult) was who HRC offered up in trying to cut a deal. Who would she have access to? Does she have access to the very top (cult leader of the whole empire)? Or does she have access only to her handlers, one of which could be a bishop? It could be any bishop at this point. Without the news unlocking this part of the map, we may just stay guessing for now.

So far I've seen bishop guesses: GS, Pope, Pence, Superior General of the Society of Jesus (black pope) Arturo Sosa, or his predecessor Adolfo Nicolás.

Adolfo Nicolás was Superior General until 14 October 2016. HRC would have had the most contact with him more than the others.

It may be my simplistic thinking, but I imagine the lines of succession are still intact. Their power structure is like a pyramid with a capstone at the top and then stones all the way down to the foundation. Each "stone" controls all the stones immediately beneath them. So think of the person or organization at the capstone position controlling the few stones beneath. These lower stones then control more stones beneath them and so on. This pyramid scheme of power structure promises that each person or organization within the pyramid will control large groups of people beneath them. As you climb in authority, up the pyramid, you control fewer actual people in numbers but control more of the organization as a whole.

The Pope, for example, does not control each an every person in the Church. He interfaces with his immediate subordinates. Each of these then have more people under them and this filters down until you have influenced all billion of the organization. This is the pyramid structure of global power and authority. It's more than 'climbing the ladder'… It would seem that back when this whole thing started, the capstone was the first stone laid of this inverted pyramid. These people then promised power to a new group of people who then promised power to an even larger group of people. It's a pyramid scheme. If you get in early, you 'profit'. Each person is promised power and money and so they sign on to the scheme. As this pyramid grows, you eventually have ensnared the majority of mankind while the ones at the top still remain at the top.

So HRC offered up the Bishop in this cult. Is the bishop the highest individual? The metaphor given was a game of chess. The Bishop is not the crown piece in a chess game, the King and Queen are. If the King is captured, the game is over. However the Queen has the most power. She is the High Priestess. She can fall and the game will continue, but she is also the most dangerous. They are all protecting the King. He can also move in any direction while the other pieces are limited. But due to his power and control at the top, his moves are limited to only one space at a time. Everyone else is trying to protect and hide the King from attack.

Who is the Bishop? I don't have the answer. But the Bishop is someone who is almost as dangerous as the Queen and is very close to the top.
