The meme harvesters were making zip files from the memes & images, up through Dec. 28. They stopped on that date, I'm not sure why.
So before 12/28 you can get all the older memes + images from the zip files. After that date, you're on your own. Unless somebody steps up to the task.
Meme archives 1-4 are full (751 posts max). There is still room in Memes 5 and you should fill it up. When it's full someone will start a Memes 6 thread.
It is recommended to post your memes in two places: the current General Thread (whatever number is current) and the current Memes thread, because nobody is copying images from one thread to another for you anymore.
If you don't want/need feedback, you can just post them in the Memes thread and skip posting them in the General thread.
Any more questions, I'm kind of monitoring this thread and I will try to reply timely.
