These times are broadly consistent with Christian, muslim, hindu, and Hopi end times prophecies. The Cabal probably uses Jewish prophecy, which could pass for a transhumanist JWO with an Antichrist. They might also include Christian end times stuff but for the opposing team!
That being said, I am pretty sure P means Pope. His friends and actions show him to be a member of the satanic cabal. This deserves a good old-fashioned smiting. Maybe he is even the False Prophet (too dumb to be the antichrist)?
