No new sauce, but here is the way the pieces fit together in my mind. It is based on thinking about things from the perspective, and more importantly structure, of the cabal. While it is inherently mysterious, all of the versions (discussed below) have councils of councils, ultimately leading hierarchically to a small group (3 or 13 in different version), but committees are inherently incapable of doing executive functions and administration. The cabal recognizes this, so all of the versions have an executive, and all of them are titled Pindar. It is a title, like President, or Pope, or Prime Minister or Chancellor. And it is the name of the office of the executive of the cabal, and is one of the leaders of the more powerful families. The executive seems to be relatively weak compared to the council, but it exists.

It is widely believed that the current Pindar is Lord Evelyn de Rothschild. He is the executive head of cabal and simultaneously the head of their cult/church.

To me, P is the Pindar. Soros doesn't seem to answer to the Rothschild family (seems to me to have been a very useful tool attempting to become upstart lower family), but he does answer to the Pindar, the executive of the cabal. When the title of Pindar passes to someone else, possibly another Rothschild, but probably another family, Soros (if still alive) will answer to that Pindar, not the Rothschilds.

There are things that are under the control of the Rothschild's currently that 'belong' to the family, and will stay under Rothschild control when the Pindar title passes to another family. There are things that are currently under the Rothschild's control because LdeR is the the Pindar (potentially North Korea?) and will pass to the control of the next Pindar.

I believe when there are new things that could disrupt the balances of power amongst the families, or disputes among families, things are sometimes assigned to the Pindar until it can be resolved. I think things like getting control of NK, or the cabals expanding influence in China (which does not seem to be under any one family's jurisdiction) they default to the Pindar for administration.

Versions: It is not important to resolve which of the versions of the cabals origin story is the correct one, every one I've dug into resolves into a hierarchy of familial councils and a Pindar. The versions of Cabal beliefs I'm aware of are: Paranormal/Satanic (including nephilim variant), Ancient Aliens who genetically engineered humans (Sumerian Gods as aliens version), Reptiloid invader overclass, Descendants of Jesus (bllod grail), descendants of very old royalty (Charlemagne/Merovingian, others). I don't believe it is necessary to resolve either the truth of their origins, or likely different, their beliefs and practices (the cabal's 'religion') because all of the versions seem to have the same organizational structure. The only difference is whether the title Pindar's etymology comes from a dragon penis reference, or a satanic reference or something else. All the versions have councils and Pindars.

So to me this:

Translates as the Rothchilds are the current leaders of the cult, and their church, the current Pindar.
