So, someone said Peter Peterson and I don't have a clue who this person is. (Not American). So I googled him and amongst other things found Peterson Institute for International Economics. And guess who else popped up on the site (amongst others) Alan Greenspan and Lynn de Rothschild. Interesting. I'm convinced guys P = Peterson.
