Further comma code. Count all of the comma's except for what is inside the ( )'s. You find 2. Create decode cypher series. Number, in sequence, from 1 to 12 (1-Philippe 2-Belgium 3-Phillip 4-England 5-Windsors 6-Peterson 7-Pope 8-Pindar 9-Pelosi 10-Podesta 11-A 12-B).

2 comma message Decode: first comma = 1st in code series (Philippe) second comma = 2 (Belgium). 8 chars and 7 chars. This is a strong pointer to this answer.

But be aware there are multiple meanings to P. This is a strong clue answer and also a showing of how to do comma code works and how to decode. Why? This speeds up the work in where to research/gather information.

Further Comma Code. NOTE: sometimes you have to fiddle with the numbering to make sense of the decoding. This is part of figuring out any new changes and dual meanings added to the developing comma code.

Look for a "count reset" indicator. In this message it is the apostrophe " ' ". Start counting the comma's following an apostrophe and then place the numbered words in the sentence. This reveals a new meaning & includes answers to what the message is really saying.

Also, keep in mind that first person (I, me) may need to be switched to second or third person (you, they, them) to make the translation correct.
