We are looking at a list of all involved at that level of the hierarchy.
Both the Pope and the Church are involved, as well as Cult Leaders (which was obvious)
20 years ago Soros once remarked that he was the Pope's boss. This adds to some confusion. Soros was up and coming and Rockefeller was still in place, and the Pope was an infirm John Paul II. It was acceptable then that the Pope was under Soro's wing, because at that point in time, the third corner of the Cabal was occupied by David Rockefeller's family, and Soros was part of the Rothschild corner.
Pope Benedict was ousted because he wouldn't play the game with the Cabal. It was probably Soros reporting that he wouldn't be a suitable leader for the Church to the Rothschilds.
Leading up to 2017 with the Death of Rockefeller, Soros was Promoted to take over Rockefeller's corner. He was no longer a caretaker of an old and enfeebled John Paul II.
He was rich and strong enough to lead his own corner of the Cabal, but this corner is not as high in the hierarchy as the Rothschilds, so by this virtue he takes orders from Francis.
I haven't dug through everything, but there are clear connections between Rockefeller and John Paul II and the Vatican.
