I'm loathe to post in here but today there isn't much choice. Last time I tried it, I was landed on by a bunch of vultures, then banned because the thread page was acting weird. The orgasmic thrill with banning people is absolutely Neanderthal. But there is info to impart so I have to bite the bullet.

1) This morning's discussion on the rogue nuke Trident sub has been assembled in a cleaned-up, edited, and, best of all, arranged in posting-hierarchical order. It took over 4 hours to make the stupid thing so hopefully people will take advantage of it. 2) A 1/10 scale rendering of the new QMap is shown. Again: it is 1/10 scale. It takes upwards of 2 hours to render it in Blender and only after that time is waited out do I know if it's going to crash or not. So as soon as I can get it to render without crashing, it'll be available for download from my web site.

3) I've posted 4 times about the missing messages on the Github page. I spent several hours putting together a list showing exactly what's missing. I don't know if the Github page was updated or not. I don't have the inclination to enumerate every message yet again. My count is still 7 off of that page (I have more) so maybe that many messages were eliminated as being unverifiable or whatever.

You can go back to banning people now.

AAARRGGHHH the QMap sample I posted is exactly that: a sample. "1/10 scale" means 10% of its real size. The sample is not supposed to be readable. It just gives a general idea of how the final thing will look. The final will be 10x bigger and WILL be readable. I have 437 messages from Q on there - everything he has ever sent (as Q).

It will be searchable, by any number of criteria. The point is to get the word out, and the less work people have to do, to get the message, the more they'll look into it and the more they'll spread the word! Ooo rah!

As for the sub, there have to be any number of failsafes on both the sub and its nuclear complement, specifically to prevent hijacking. Maybe they have a "prefix code" like on the Star Trek II movie, where they can take control of the sub remotely. I just can't imagine there being that much danger from it, but I'm just an in-the-dark amateur.

I can do everything but the wine glass. I use Blender, which is a "vector graphics" program. It's designed for 3D drawing (rendering). It's designed to make 3D objects that are photorealistic. The Q map I made required 437 separate images (which I wrote a special program to build) "pasted on" 437 planes within the program.

My concern is that the columns have to be broken after so many messages for the map to truly be readable. The one I did assumes that's not the case.

If you can get somebody to Photoshop the glass out, then upload the modified image, I can easily take it from there, but then anybody doing that might as well just do the entire meme because text is easy peasy.

These are samples of stuff done with Blender. The hallway is fully 3D. All I have to do is move the camera, redraw, and I have an entirely different image from a different angle. That's primarily the point.

Effectively all cameras work on CCD (charge coupled device). This means they pick up everything and anything relating to "light." I'm not sure what the range really is but it's very wide. With CCD's it's all about filtering out what you don't want - everything you do want is already there. This is why night vision, FLIR, and thermal equipment is such a rip off - it's all the same innards, they just put different filters over the lens to block everything not infrared, everything not cyan/magenta/yellow, etc.

So night video is quite common with the kind of equipment these idiots have.

It's probably a safe bet that whoever is at the top of this bad guy pyramid is a group that is never directly involved in anything public. Most likely they have only ever been heard of in name, nobody knows who the members truly are, and EVERYBODY below them is expendable and a convenience at best.
