Yeah. unsure of discrepancy.most of the ones marked judicial watch vs dept of state seem to be involving BBB Backup as either a sender or recipient. so either they are extra ones and the ones requested are in there somewhere, or the estimates were a little low.
Am giving up searching for judicial watch files.for the moment. even when it brings them up, changing page doesn't bring up a new set of docs, just repeats the same ones. Will have to wait until the website is not as loaded. Impossible to make sure got them all now.
