Pure speculation: if these emails were captured because of the Awan's Enterprise Blackberry Server synchronization/backup trick with their specially configured Blackberries, they might want to hind the meta-information related to that until they are ready to break that case open.
Agreed, that one is interesting - why is it important for her tickets and concert plans to remain intact, if she is skipping it? What was she really doing? Why the cover up?
Also, something interesting - many of the emails are to/from 'cheftwan@mail.house.gov' which seems to be Weiner. Was that his official email? An alias he used to avoid FOIA? Something the Awan's set up?
