Could be scheduled rotation. More likely a plus up due to a plus up in prisoners.

Saw some bad assumptions by "planefags" in other threads:

1. No aircraft carrier

2. If plane's track terminates in ocean - probably them cancelling IFR and going VFR once in radio contact with the field prior to proceeding inbound.

3. Not all flights into GITMO are transporting prisoners. It's a big base and there are plenty of regular re-supply/personnel movement that are normally scheduled flights.

Having said all that…you catching that there were some flights that had chase planes with blocked callsigns….screams high value prisoner transport to me, so great catch.

I doubt prisoners in GITMO will make the MSM until they have their target list all checked off.
