That would be the same one that subverted the organic "Constitution for the United States of America" into the corporate document we know as 'THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNTIED STATES OF AMERICA'.

 

The caps and the substitution of 'for' for 'OF' is a giveaway.. To an act of subversion we labor under to this day.
