Guys, I can give advice on skiptracing.

If you find an address you want to research,

Go to usps.gov and do a zip code search and put in everything except the zip code to locate the county that address is in.

Once you have the County,

Go to netronline.com where you can drill down to the county level in each state and find the local tax assessor. From there, you may be able to search ownership records by address.

This doesn’t work in all counties. Some of your larger blue counties have privacy protections for criminals and you can’t access the publicly available data without a subscription, but most most counties in the US should have their records assessible.

Just remember:

1) usps.gov for zip code lookup to find county

2) netronline.com to find county tax assessor

3) go to tax assessor and search by address

Happy skip tracing
