Not likely in that neighborhood. It's lower income townhouses right across the street from a large mosque. Probably no Rothchilds in there either.
That said, there could be literally any type of criminal, gang, or terrorist activity centered in that area.

No, it's a low income area, especially compared to surrounding neighborhoods, townhouses and condos. Lots of singles and young couples, and immigrants.
It is densely built and very transient so it would be a good place to tuck in any sort of endeavor that one wanted to keep on the down low.
