The raid has been going on for over 3 hours, they've carried bags, boxes, computers out.

No confirmation of any agencies involved besides local Sheriff and FBI. They staged with many vehicles at the nearby Sheriff station early this afternoon.

No information or chatter on local scanners or social media or usual outlets where Sheriff office usually sends updates.

Yes as you note, it is a lower income, very densely populated area behind a bowling alley and across from the mosque. In fact raid is occurring about 200 yards from where the Muslim girl was kidnapped earlier this year by the illegal immigrant.

You may be right on the ID of the resident, anon, but people living in sight of location report the raid went on for over 4 hours and a lot of items were removed - specifically "bags and boxes" of stuff.

Actually here is what Intellius is showing, although no way to verify if it is current resident (some neighbors said "family" had only been there 30 days).

But for what it's worth, David Laing, 46930 Courtyard Square, Sterling, VA, pic related.

Lowest price was $151,000 back in 2002. But it has been through at least one foreclosure.
