I'm glad Trump is doing it, and hope it means something this time, but it's not particularly noteworthy.
Doubt it's legal to simply rendition people offshore so you can use maritime or military law instead of the Constitution to try US citizens.
At least, I don't want to live somewhere that supports that, or a president that uses such methods. That is how you get a dictatorship.
