I don't know how often he went, but his trip was paid for by someone else who has never been revealed. That is odd by itself.

Abolish the federal reserve system.
Then gradually exchange currency to new notes based on gold reserve (which would need to be taken back from the vaults of Rothschilds.)
do it over a year, locking the fed notes to the new currency value.
Loan systems would have to be reserve based. Not fractional. Then it would work great.
Would also mean credit cards would be obsoleted since they rely on debt without any reserves, you could still have debit card though.
