That is it though - the past reveals the future - the past being the Godfather III movie in regards to the vatican bank being in debt and in trouble, this revealed the future which is what just happened in the 11/27 article you reference on the collapse of the vatican.

But also if we look at this on a larger scale in regards to all the corrupt politicians in our govt. Some are leaving/resiging/stepping down, some are not running for re-election (ie taking plea deals to come forward as witnesses later), some are still hanging on and fighting. What about others that want to now go legit? Will POTUS give them that chance? I have noticed in Trump that he always extends a hand and gives people a chance to come clean - he gives them the best opportunity they can take given their situation. But will they take it? Will they make the decision that Don Corleon made?

Ok, here's another theory…

POTUS has unlocked the door of all doors and has ALL the information on everyone. This includes nation states, organizations, institutions, politicians and world leaders, etc.

Each "Snow White, Godfather III" is an event or sequence of events. Sometimes it's "Snow White, The Great Awakening, Godfather III".

Events:

Snow White - going down the rabbit hole; all evidence of wrong doing is presented to party/organiztn committing the crime/crimes; all proof of evidence and wrong doing is provided/shown to the point no one can dispute potential charges. Snow White event is the exposing of the Info that the Keystone has.

Godfather III - Deal time. This event is between POTUS/US and the politician/country/organiztn, etc. Options are laid out on the table. #1 - come clean and make raparations (what Don Corleon chose). Accept this deal or you will be exposed, indicted and tried to fullest. May in some cases mean death.

Great Awakening - in some cases the 20% / 80% rule comes into play and some information must get exposed to the public. Maybe for more leverage/convincing. That happens before the Godfather III event.
