I'm very thankful of everyone doing the work I straight up don't have time to do on my own & I doubt I'd follow up every lead. It has been more than clear the system is like a fungus forest for a long time. But still with all the new information coming out it is much easier to see who belongs where it the chain of responsibility. So I'm guessing Q-A or Even POTUS does not want a lights out situation. Aside from the Terrorist training camps that have been built, M13, and the number of Soros funded riot groups this would do some damage to the cities. This doesn't include regular people who'd freak out over food stamps or the like. BUT another thing that is not talked about are the fires that appear to be DEW weapons. And how many fires we have now that seem to be exactly that. Dispite the de-funding of chem trails they are worse now than they have been in years. And who knows what all those are actually used for. Tho many are thinking it's got a lot to do with the use of DEWeapons (with ad hock thermite compounds) + Geoengineering. HOWEVER now there is a guy bringing up the Cern type places. THEY are generating small amounts of anti-matter. And in a lights out situation HOW long do the containment chambers hold safely anti-matter. Cause they are 3-4 times the power of Hiroshima type bomb… But when it explodes, Does it cause radiation the same? or is it total different? It has also been said anti-matter has caused horrible nightmares and hallucinations of people near the containment area. Not to mention paranormal phenomenon. MY question too would be IS anti-matter causing the Mandela effect or causing quantum changes? But yea, I'm willing to bet This is just another reason why he's trying to stay away from a lights out situation.
