Those are extremely, extremely cheap houses for that part of Virginia (and probably 5 minutes from Dulles airport!)
Must be a crappy neighborhood and probably got hit hard at the housing crisis.
It would weed out the phone lurkers.
Already it takes 3 minutes for a full bread to load on my portable device. If there were a lot more images …. well, I supposed I'd go read a book instead.
