Initially, i was looking in the wrong place on pacer too.

You need to go to the specific court under U.S. District Courts.

Then to Document Filing System.

Then dropdown Reports>Criminal Reports>Criminal Cases

Then Filter by Filed Date and run report.

In this example…hundreds of Sealed Indictments in Central District of California.

I think it's still 10c per page. That's why I'm not personally counting thousands of indictments. I called bullshit on a zillion indictments at first. Had to verify a least a couple districts myself.
