Commercial flights wouldn't be allowed to fly over Antarctica, you can't even go near Antarctica without government approval, you'd be shot out of the sky or shot at on the water, which has happened to explorers.
Like i said you need government approval, you or I couldn't just get on a boat and go there, they wouldn't allow it. It would be deemed illegal and we'd be arrested.
