Russia has been supporting NK from the beginning. If they want to fire nukes at us with clean hands they can just have NK do it. Russia, NK, Iran are a coalition.
China is a strategic competitor. Besides, maybe they don't like seeing NK peasants freeze in the winter, and to have a humanitarian crisis on a rather long shared border.

It's become much clearer to me since Trump took over. A lot of the stuff was forced into the open.
Also I give credit to Netanyahu. When Shimon Peres was running things, which was a long time, it was hard to tell whether the Israelis even wanted to win against the Palestinians. Netanyahu is at least simply pro-Israel, pretty easy to understand.
