I hate rogering up on this because everyone has to rotate in and out of someplace eventually and Uncle Sam doesn't give a rats ass about your holidays and muh feelings, but the 50 are included, not total. I know all unitls have support staff that rotate with them, etc, and people are not supposed to discuss deployments because of opsec for them and their families, so to those on the outside it seems mysterious.

I am unsure if there isn't just heightened sensitivity to Gitmo because of our desire to see bad guys go, but it doesn't matter. If they fill the cells and blocks, they do. there are still a lot of bad guys out there, and we are no longer apologizing for our self preservation, like previous administration.
