in 2010 a high police chief was arrested for buying sex from a 14 year old girl. the police found a "black book" that they said contained names of high profile politicians and businessmen and that there would be several arrests the coming days. but a day or two laater the police told the reporters that they really had not said so at all and that nobody else than the police chief would be arrested!
he is convicted of buying sex from under age girl and for many sadistic rapes but gets only a few years in prison. while in prison he is earning money into his account and the tax authority makes it secret where the moneyy comes from. so he is now free and rich.
my guess is that he took the fall and got paid while the big guys were never investigated.
the police said themselves in a press conference that there were high profile businessmen and politicians. i hope they are revealed and shamed if the swamp draining ever reach us here.
obviously the authorities has seen the talk and has investigated/secured the area.
