This is a big hint I think. It ties into Godfather III and the question of who is [P]. I think P is the Puppet Master. That would be PM in English, but in Italian, the Puppet Master is Il Puparo, at least according to this link discussing the meaning of the Godfather movie logo of a puppeteer's hand. The reference to Il Puparo is a ways down in a reader comment/answer.

I have been meaning to post this for a couple of weeks, but did not have the time. Anyways, it is all there in the movie. Charities that aren't charities, money laundering AND PEDO by the Vatican Bank through its holdings in a major real estate company, and control of the Vatican by higher forces (a puppeteer(s)). In particular, the P2 Freemason lodge (P?) and secret societies are mentioned. In mentioning these higher forces, Vincent says "these people are butchers." I think Q said something to the effect that "these people are sick." I will try to post in more detail to the Godfather III thread. In hindsight, I think all of the bad reviews for GIII were a slap at Coppala for pulling a Kubrick.
If this is on the right track, then this leads us to P being Italian/in Italy/Il Papa (Pope)/grey Pope (Pepe)/black pope/P2. Maybe the Puppet Master crumb drop means we are heading in that direction next.
