Shit. Used to ride my bike through there every day, along the C-470 bike trail between that subdivision and the freeway. There's a 5-1-1 tactical store immediately west of that subdivision. I wonder if that supplied any shooters in any way.

Map presumably posted by Sheriff's Dept. has the Autumn Chase apartments as the location of whatever is going on. This is an upper middle class complex; better than average but certainly not Rodeo Drive. It's just "suburbia." Could very well just be an incident with some psycho idiots … but who ever knows.
I still think it's suspect that the 5-1-1 tactical store is at the lower left corner of the shaded area. I don't know if they sell guns or not. If so, that could be where the incident is.
Very odd that in 45 minutes the local Fox News outlet has no updates, when they didn't have the first detail about what's going on. At 10:00 EST they put on their web site "we have a crew on the way." Nothing further after 45 minutes. That location, especially on a Sunday morning, is a 15 minute drive TOPS.

Browsers (especially these days) aren't real cooperative about giving up raw HTML for sites. I have an app I wrote that just downloads a given page. Not sure how much use it would be, but it's available if anybody wants it. I just have to tweak it to run standalone (it's an assembly language function that I threw into an existing app).

BONO was a generic, dyed-in-the-wool, off-the-shelf, stock, generic liberal whiner for his day. Little to choose between him and any other.
This isn't making sense. A) that multiple deputies would even be present on a domestic disturbance call, let alone be "down," and B) that the police response would be so great, with the local FBI even offering support, for something that could even happen at a domestic disturbance call. Shit's being covered up. This was no domestic disturbance.
Nothing about this is adding up. AT ALL. Remember pot was legalized in CO so it redefined them completely … crime went WAY up, the homeless population skyrocketed, rents went through the roof (on par with SF), and there was a severe housing shortage. That may or may not still be going on. But the chaos it created would probably have opened some doors for "new activity" that wouldn't otherwise have been feasible.
The area in question is very predominantly White; it's a few miles due south of the university (hence University drive); it's part of Highlands Ranch, which was several gazillion acres of ranch land that was sold off and developed, creating housing for at least a million new people in a very short timespan. All this was in the 90's. But the area seems to cycle between housing shortage and housing glut. They may be transitioning to "glut" now.
Read up on it. It was published in 1893 by Ingersoll Lockwood, who later went on to publish an unrelated book "The Last President," in 1896. Both books could be seen as obvious descriptions of Trump and his world, with slight (VERY slight) alterations of minor details.
Anon you are freaking amazing, coming up with this. You're a credit to the human race, no shit!!
