It's as if they are making a show of it at every overpass. This is NOT passing the smell test.

The chopper stayed focused on the line of saluting cops and their photo op while the procession broke up. It looked to me to be intentional so the individual cars would no longer be followed when they scattered.
Take note of the chopper feed searching around like "which way did they go, george?" and then how fast it unassed the scene. It was intentional.
