I think I remember that being posted about NK mining, if that was you? It turns out that NK does have not only uranium but some other very rare Earth elements (REEs ironically enough). My understanding is that they don't (or didn't) have the knowledge or tech to refine it enough, hence Uranium 1 transfer via Iran, $$ transfer via Iran for that as well as HRC's bathroom server laying bare SAP NASA tech stuff to be harvested and used/sold to give them the info on the miniaturization & rocket tech and also Space-X for rocket tech

Iran had a large amount of funds frozen (sanctions). Iranian money. Frozen for like 30 years or so, in which time they had to become very inventive and self-reliant.

The ridiculous explanation was "hostage release" which was kind of funny since it was IIRC, a US spy that was caught.
Cash transfer was appallingly sloppy narrative. No one bought it.

Hezbollah gets a lot of hate, but they were formed and only exist to keep Israel from invading their country for the 3rd time. There are a lot of new people who never encountered this stuff before and it's terribly exciting and horrifying. It would be really helpful if they and other new folks could go to reddit where the beginning red pills are and they can learn and grow there.
