Yes, Codemomkey (who codes 8chan), said back when Q created his new secure trip, that CM can only see 2 chars of IP addresses. Mods don't see any IP digits.

I think you may be right there anon. Member back on half, Q was posting w/o trip and anons asked him to make one? He started tripping the next night. Many of us weren't au fait on trips and how they work.
