The cabal knows no nations or borders. Their objective is global society: homogenized people, no nations, no borders - a population of serfs ruled by themselves at the top.
In order to achieve this, they must pit real nations against one another, destroy them from within, from without (immigration), and so on.
Be careful in demonizing those nation-states that are actively pursuing self-preservation. They may not be good guys, but they are not necessarily the enemy.
