You guys can tell me I am wrong in a few minutes, which will save me tons of time reading up for a long time to find out the same thing …
I took the Julian string which is 60 characters long 1 character is 1 byte There are 8 bits (1's and 0's) in a byte That gives 8 * 60 = 480 bits I looked around at different conversions, pictures, ASCII etc..
I just ran through it quick and didn't read very closely. Posted because I thought it was hilarious if true
I then stumbled on "IPV4 header" …https://advancedinternettechnologies.wordpress.com/ipv4-header/
I went to this site and converted Julian Assange String to an IPV4 header https://www.gasmi.net/hpd/ My initial thought was the destination IP would be where he will be going or is, and source was the embassy.
Both source and destination are reserved, which I think means are only used within the local network
Then I noticed the data payload and saw on the side it was interpreted as *q' Again, I ran through it quick, likely if I went over it closely I would find mistake
