it's a whole different ballgame if he is seated in the Senate
only way to legally remove would be expulsion by other Senators
there is of course a chance the SCOTUS could rule on a matter of fraud which could vacate the Senate seat (if he is seated) and that would trigger the governor to create a new special election (or perhaps the same ruling from SCOTUS would declare Moore the winner)
this could arguably be accomplished at the appellate federal court level, but circuit court doesn't have the juice
Alabama Supreme Court would also ARGUABLY have jurisdiction, but if he's seated, I could foresee a contested validity of AL Supreme Court jurisdiction over the matter
