Yes, he ended up jailed for 8 years also. First they said he was competent for trial, then his lawyer withdrew himself from the case, then they said he wasn't competent for trial and committed him to the state. He didn't even live in WI when he supposedly committed tax fraud. He tried to appeal but he ended up having his right to appeal waived.
