No. One case sets precedence already for this scenario. As I recall, it was a PA case that removed the person in April and seated the opponent. Trump has already suggested Moore concede. Fraud cannot be allowed to stand. Our legal system has in fact been corrupted with interjections of arbitrary and capricious laws. Those laws, by law, are not able to stand though. If it was fraudulent then it must be undone. It would be a State undoing though not federal involvement. Have faith anon.
