Thank you for sharing, anon. It's a very comprehensive account of what occurs, unfortunately. Hopefully the author's work will lead others to better understand what happens in these cases and can help the survivors heal.
If you post again or this is archived, I'd suggest that you make note that the docs could trigger PTSD for some individuals. I got through reading it, but I've had years of therapy. God bless.

No apologies necessary. I know you meant no harm. I figured out pretty quick what it was and chose to continue reading. However, I've had years of therapy and someone who has not had that might have been more easily triggered. I just thought it best to suggest the warning for that reason.
