Well those are some good points.
But why did GWB go along on the day 9/11/01? Why did he read that ridiculous goat story to the kids rather than doing anything. Why did he ground the Air Force, or not overrule Cheney if as reported Cheney did it? Was he really such a moron that any such request he would have gotten wouldn't have set off alarm bells?
I don't think he was stupid, I think he played stupid. But why?
