it feels like there is a line muscle near the bottom of my spine but in the center of my body

i can flex the muscles around the area

but when I "flex" this it sends a weird but super light feeling in the surrounding area

when I really focus doing it, it feels like its straining muscles behind my eyes but the feeling will spread but never to any crazy amount of feeling, like i have to be almost alone to feel it lol super weird
