I swear I remember Q talking about these people still using radio for communication. He used a term like "listening station" or "listening post".

Something like "some of these people still use listening posts if you can believe that …"

It would be relevant to the fact that Nellie Ohr, Clown and Fusion GPS, wife of DOJ Ohr, Dossier collaborator, applied for her Ham Radio License in May 2016.
