Uh huh… And I've been screaming it repeatedly on this board. Buffalo, NY is one of the worst, if not the worst, cess-pools of corruption in America.

Detroit, NYC, L.A., Chicago, D.C., Philly and Baltimore are bad. But Buffalo is unique, in that it is more careful in masking the true depths of the corruption. Bad-actors exist in law enforcement, the courts, CPS, various gov't offices and more.

Let me explain more clearly in 3 words:

I think you could be onto something here… The drinking/bathing in blood could be a distraction. Would make more sense if they were nabbing kids to pull a Lance Armstrong and engage in repeated blood-doping (blood-transfusion where your blood is replaced with more youthful blood), to maintain youth/vibrance.

Either way, THESE PEOPLE ARE SICK and deserve harsh and swift justice.
