Simple python script could scrape in real time. The 4chan API wrapper works here with URL modifications. Can't post, but it doesn't need to. It could be backed up in a hosted database. Wouldn't need to be pretty, just functional.

It would take you about 30 mins to learn the language with online docs, you just write words and make arrows to them and it figures out the spacing. You can make them prettier as you get better. I'd give you an example, but phone fagging now
