That is the Orient, particularly China.
Chinese history is a struggle between 2 sides. When they war, the blood flows and flows copiously. This is why Chinese people will put up with untold levels of bullshit and tryanny. They know what happens when one side rises up against another - 10s of millions die of war, famine, disease.
China is not actually communist, no matter what the name of the govt party is.
The orient is freakishly patient compared to us.
They saw what happened when the USSR was brought down
>rape 2.0
They have been shifting away from communism, slowly, as is their way. They also realize that the choice between capitalism v communism is a false one. They will choose a 3rd position, one that suits them and transition in a way that does not allow a certain group to rape their country a second time. It was the same group that imposed communism on both countries; both countries know this very well.
China will do what is best for China. I don't think Xi is the bad side of China, the bad side there seems to be on its back foot (out of power and off balance).
When Chinese interests converge with ours, they are helpful, when they diverge, they will stymie, but in their own way. They are not known to be bull in a china shop type actors
Remember that most media is false, parts of it (including tweets) are messages from one party to another. 90%+ of what really happens, we never see, and that is referring to more than black ops.
It's in China's interest to not have a cabal-CIA hellscape next door with it's own nuclear arsenal. It's also in their interest to have a stable neighbor they can trade with.
