Cali politicians have ZERO interest in keeping the state afloat. It levitates. All $$ is intended for their pockets anyway. POTUS needs to clean up this state, then legalize cannabis nationally anyway. The deep south needs to legalize it. How about Gowdy do something in South Carolina? That's a state that could use the revenue.
