So every time you change IP you will be new user, and get a new ID, and have to complete the captcha. Each new thread will be a new ID regardless of your IP being the same or different.

Yes. everything that is happening is behind the scenes, or so barely in sight that only those who are extremely attentive to renegade sources of news can see any progress against the forces of evil.

It's easy to see why things have to occur out in the real world – i.e. indictments unsealed, and arrests – before most people will accept that Trump is leading any kind of crusade for goodness and justice.

The slowness of progress has discouraged some, and made others question whether any of the Storm is real. Plenty of ostensibly plugged in people of the conservative establishment are aghast at the Mueller investigation, wondering if Clinton will ever be punished, wondering if just maybe, some of these losers at the FBI will at least be prosecuted.

Meanwhile, we are waiting for photos of the Podestas hanging from rafters in Gitmo.

So things must happen in the real world. That is really the next step.

My guess is if Monty has done anything at all, he has done exactly what the "Berkeley students" from a few weeks ago did – simply pop up and say "I am Q, ha ha". That is pretty easy.

Actually being Q, and getting all the inside info, plus photos, would be really, really difficult to fake.

Thus, the Occam's razor solution is that it's a clever, easy ruse designed to discourage us.
