There are people/groups who only view events in the vein of how those events will confirm or discredit their own ideology.

I'd say 20% right or left fall into this category, while 60% of people accept that people have differences and that the best course is to implement policies that benefit all people in general, regardless of its ideological basis.

I think that 60% is turned off by politics as usual, and haven't participated in the electoral process.

If that 60% can be shown their place at the table and convinced to participate, the effects of the 20% on either wing are meaningless.

I think/hope this is where all the events currently are headed.

So yeah, explosive.

People who Huma is supposed to protect may not know if Huma is actually singing, but they probably do know Huma.

Trump saying Huma needs prison time forces the people she's hiding to evaluate whether Huma will 'take one for the team' or roll.

My guess is they know she's going to roll.

If done properly using individual strengths in team makeup frees each individual to have more time for their strengths.

In Basketball, say, you would want to devise a scheme where your rebounders are rebounding and your shooters are shooting, not vice versa.

Not to be a misogynist, just relating from my experience, but I think boys have an easier time with team 'roles' than girls do.

I think that comes from a traditional family setting where the guy went out and did one job while the women stayed home and did everything else.

Maybe a lack of emphasis on roles to appease feminists has led to the belief that roles stifle creativity, don't know.

If a role frees a creative person up from spending time on mundane tasks, I don't see that as having a negative impact on individuality.
