You underestimate God. He is the God of order & truth. Maths & science are proofs of God's existence and creation. 1+1 will always equal 2 because that is God's order & truth, it will never equal anything else, 1+1 equaling anything else is a lie.
If you believe God created everything, is all knowledgeable, knows past, present, & future perfectly, and is infinitely powerful. But He can't preserve his word without errors, then you underestimate Him.
If you do not want to accept these truths, then that's up to you. There is only one truth you need to accept & believe on in your life, and that is God sent His only begotten Son to shed His blood for your sins. Everything else in your life is an extra.
