Parking is incorrect, but not unusual for inexperienced volunteers. some engines have rear suction for dump tank and water shuttle. truck is too close to structure, if the entire building were to catch fire, the heat would damage apparatus, and potential collapse could involve the truck. according to news, building in lower left is the one in question. again… if so, the parking is very incorrect, but again, not unusual to find in inexperienced departments.
