There was a book called "Q" Clearance
Was a 1986 novel by Peter Benchley (Random House, ISBN 0-394-55360-8) satirizing Cold War secrecy and politics.
This just dropped on Twatter and haven't seen any reference here (I try to keep up on all the threads). Disregard if it is repeat.
If there truly are no coincidences there may be clues in this book.
