POTUS should promptly sign an EO mandating the power industry protect national infrastructure against EMP. Commission found it cost surprisingly little. Is reason it hasn't been done yet because there is so much other collateral damage (i.e. cars, computers) that protecting the power supply itself will do little to mitigate the problem and save lives?
I always thought Obummer Hussein didn't do it (given the surprisingly low cost from a country standpoint) because he was in with the deep state and they had an ultimate agenda.
