This may be nothing but if you put P_pers into a popular search engine, their suggestion has Pengertian Pers listed first. using that suggestion takes you to a bunch of Indonesian sites and then shows the Wikipedia site for Mass Media. Apparently Pengertian Pers is Indonesian and it translates to understanding the media. Not sure if I am going down a dead end but thought I would share to see if anyone else sees anything.
